Employment with Avenues

AVENUES is more than a job, it's a purpose and a calling for those who want to help others in some of life's most stressful situations.

Our unique workplace environment enables those who have the desire to help those individuals and families who seek assistance with AVENUES to flourish in their chosen path to help.

Typical positions here at AVENUES include Part-Time and Full-Time Shelter Advocates, Crisis Intervention Advocates, Recovery Support Specialist, and others.

Some positions require applicants to be 18 years old with a high school diploma or the equivalent. Some positions will require a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a similar field. All applicants must be able to pass a criminal and child abuse background check. Must be flexible and able to participate in an on-call rotation.
