Thanks to your donations, some victims of abuse will be able to stay warm this winter

Recently KHQA was at the festival of lights taking donations of winter clothing. In one night, the community came out and donated 6 coats, 20 scarves, 20 hats, and 20 pairs of gloves. Those will be divided evenly between Quanada in Quincy and Avenues in Hannibal. They will be given to the victims those organizations serve. Often times something as simple as a hat or scarf can make all the difference. Avenues and Quanada are still taking donations, and those can be given at either organizations location by appointment.

AVENUES for Northeast Missouri, Inc. is a qualified Domestic Violence Tax Credit entity for financial donations received during State Fiscal Year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024). We have been issued a designated amount of tax credit allocations for FY2024 and would like to utilize it to benefit our supportive community in Northeast Missouri.

Big River Comic Convention Provides Financial Contribution to Abuse Victims Education Network Unified To Ensure Safety (AVENUES) for Northeast Missouri, Inc.

Hannibal, MO-Big River Comic Convention (BRCC) on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, presented AVENUES for Northeast Missouri, Inc. with a financial contribution from the 2021 two-day event held Friday, April 23, and Saturday, April 24, at the Tabernacle Rec Center in Hannibal, Missouri.
